In 2000, together with Martin Albrecht, Kamran created Crossmedia, a truly different kind of agency - one that focuses on the thinking side of media.
Before opening the shop, Kamran was a planning director at Ogilvy and helped launch one of the most successful product launches in history, American Express Blue. Seventeen years later, he remains the visionary behind Crossmedia - a two-time Ad Age Small Agency of the Year Winner and a 2014 Adweek Media All–Star.
Kamran sets the tone across the company’s three US offices through his very hands-on style. A College of William & Mary alum and diehard Redskins fan, Kamran is passionate about marrying the art & science of media and bringing the most forward-thinking channel approach to all clients.
Kamran will give the whole agency the day off when the Redskins win the Super Bowl.
Co-Founder, Managing Partner
Martin began his career at Lintas in Hamburg, when it was Germany's largest advertising agency. Moving on to the media division of DDB in Dusseldorf, he managed accounts such as Sony, American Airlines and Foster's beer. In 1997, he joined Ogilvy's media department in New York, mastering the US media landscape on clients like American Express, SAP, and Lufthansa.
Out of a passion for the strategy side of media, he and Kamran Asghar founded Crossmedia, Inc. in the year 2000, which has grown into a 160+ employee alternative to the volume-driven media factories in the US and with offices in New York, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia.
Back in Germany, he launched Touchpoint GmbH, a German pioneer for communications planning and sustainable brand strategy. He has been serving on the board of Crossmedia GmbH in Dusseldorf since 2006 and became one of its shareholders in 2012, responsible for New Business Development and International Media as well as overseeing Crossmedia's analytics division and its social arm, Earnesto.

Chief Operating Officer
With a background in technology and management process, Robert’s sole focus is facilitating progress--making things happen quickly and efficiently across the agency.
Prior to joining Crossmedia in 2012, Robert earned his media chops helping launch Carat and Aegis Media from the ground up in the United States. His past experience includes managing technology and acquisition integration across the Americas region for Aegis, and actively stewarding its global initiatives.
Robert is a Coast Guard-certified boat captain and has an unnatural obsession with extremely spicy food. He takes himself very seriously because his last name is Stank. Really.
Chief Financial Officer
Aaron runs all of the agency’s finance and business operations, focusing on driving best practices in finance, accounting and business administration.
He’s held a variety of senior financial roles in multiple industries, but has been focused on marketing for the past decade, spending time at Momentum Worldwide, G2 and most recently at Y&R. He started his career as a CPA and management consultant with Deloitte & Touche in Boston.
Aaron enjoys beer. Fancy beer. He’s got closets full of the stuff and he also makes (usually) tasty concoctions in his kitchen brewery.
Before joining Crossmedia, Beth spent the majority of her career at Ogilvy, Mindshare, and MEC as management lead on major global accounts including American Express and Novartis.
Beth wears multiple hats at Crossmedia - including account management, talent, and training.

Executive Director, Crossmedia Los Angeles and Philadelphia
David has worked at numerous agencies, including Empower MediaMarketing, DDB, Deutsch, and most recently, at Horizon Media where his team was responsible for 20+ accounts including: Spike TV, Sports Authority, Oberto Beef Jerky, Comedy Central, Mike's Hard Lemonade, and Qdoba Mexican Grill.
A native of Cincinnati, David runs Crossmedia’s Los Angeles and Philadelphia offices.
David is distantly related to the doctor who invented the Heimlich Maneuver (but he gets no residuals).
Executive Director, Business Development
Chris loves learning about new categories and business models which makes him a natural to lead our business development efforts. Before joining Crossmedia, he spent time at PHD, M2M and OMD running a wide variety of business ranging from Estee Lauder to Frito-Lay to the New York Lottery.
Chris follows the Tottenham Hotspur Football Club with a disturbing level of passion.
Executive Director, Cognitive Solutions
A serial entrepreneur, digital marketing executive, and a mobile innovator, Karim Sanjabi combines creative advertising knowledge with a deep technical background. He has managed campaigns for Fortune 500 clients for over 20 years, including such brands as Electronic Arts, Google, Microsoft, Sony, Nike, and many of the top agencies. He has supervised both creative and technical groups, and guided his teams to multiple gold and silver awards including Clios, Cannes Cyber Lions, and One Show Pencils.
Karim not only delivered both of his children at home by accident, but he also was a World Champion in the first real-time, multiplayer video game.
Managing Director, Factory
Chris is a "creative person" by trade, a writer by design and a failed professional skateboarder by experience. Chris started his own creative agency in 2009, and brought that love of connecting dots that people didn't think could be connected to the opening of the Crossmedia Philly office in 2012, growing the business and finding opportunities to provide cutting-edge media services to clients big and small across the Mid-Atlantic and South. Chris has always embraced the Crossmedia idea of bringing brands and people together in whatever shape that may take. His love of design and creative led him to open the Crossmedia’s Factory studio in 2017 to help clients big and small with their design and creative needs.
Chris is a Georgia Bulldog and resides in Wayne, Pennsylvania in the former home of the road manager for the band Styx. Look inside his head and you'll see things of terrible beauty, rare clarity, and the frustration of trying to train a 4 year-old black lab to behave.
Managing Director, Digital Strategy & Integration
Ali has been an integral part of the agency growth since 2006. She has previously managed a variety of clients in a cross channel capacity.
In her role, Ali oversees all of Crossmedia's digital efforts. Ali's role is to provide leadership across multiple agency teams, new business, existing clients, creative agency, media, and technology partnerships. She is also responsible for managing our digital specific practices (SEM, SEO, programmatic, and social media).
Ali works hand-in-hand with the executive team to ensure that our digital product is best-in-class.
Ali’s previous title at Crossmedia was COF (Captain of Fun).
Managing Director, Analytics
Lee has spent the majority of his career managing CPG brands client-side at companies such as Reckitt Benckiser and GlaxoSmithKline. In 2009, he moved to New York to work for Omnicom Media Group’s Annalect data science division.
Lee has overseen the fast development of Crossmedia’s data analytics Redbox practice and provides key support for the company's new business growth.
Lee is Crossmedia's most stylish and fanciest employee.
Managing Director, Media Operations
Jaime-Lyn has over 13 years of media experience she gained from working on brands such as Virginia is for Lovers, Coca-Cola, and Walmart, which she applies to an analytical and strategic approach on accounts at Crossmedia such as Ventura Foods and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
In addition to her media account work, Jaime-Lyn applies her analytical mindset to discovering and applying tools, systems, and resources to maximize media planning and buying efficiencies across the agency as our Head of Media Operations.
In 2012, Jaime-Lyn helped launch our office in Los Angeles, where she still works, and refuses to leave.
Jaime-Lyn has driven from Buffalo to Anchorage. Twice.
Managing Director, Talent
Anthony’s first job in Media was at the Chrysler Building in Manhattan working at Bates USA on multiple Warner Lambert brands. He later worked for companies such as Dentsu USA and Starcom Mediavest where he managed nine Coca-Cola brands.
He joined Crossmedia to work on accounts, but is now our lead in human resources, spearheading our talent efforts.
Anthony is an avid photographer but he refused to take all of these pictures for us.
Group Director, Performance Media
Julie started her career in finance but has spent the last decade working in digital media. Prior to joining XM in 2010, Julie worked at two independent agencies as well as client side at Toys ‘R’ Us running search marketing, shopping, and affiliate programs.
At Crossmedia, Julie oversees all Performance Media including SEM/SEO, social, and programmatic initiatives.
Julie might be from Jersey, but she’s a Nashville gal at heart. She loves country music.
Director, Programmatic and Digital Operations
Dave is our Director of Programmatic and Digital Operations. Dave has spent over a decade learning and mastering different systems and most recently building Harmelin Media’s digital ad operations and programmatic teams.
In 2015, he brought his unique combination of systems and platform knowledge with digital strategy and analysis skills to Crossmedia.
Based in Philly, Dave's having a hard time making the switch from cheesesteaks to burgers.
Business Development, Group Director
Ray kicked off his media career at GroupM’s Maxus working on accounts such as HSBC, DuPont and T. Rowe Price. He joined Crossmedia in 2011 to grow in all aspects of cross channel strategy and planning.
In 2012, Ray helped establish Crossmedia’s Los Angeles office with a focus on west coast expansion and business development. He’s since moved back east to Crossmedia’s NYC office to lead various accounts and help fuel agency development.
Ray once filled in on drums for Max Weinberg in a three gig stint with the E-Street band (no, not really).
Alejandro P. Morcate
Director, Information Technology
Way before joining Crossmedia, Alejandro kicked off his career as Automatic Control Engineer in his native Cuba, conducting research and teaching college level for seven whole years. He then moved on to corporate, executing software and service infrastructure projects in the Caribbean, and later running IT for New York Metro Area advertising shops ICC Lowe, Natrel Communications, and Prime Access.
He makes sure that everything technology, from hardware to cloud-integrated systems, runs smoothly and new advances in the field are adopted in a crazy fast -yet organized- manner.
Alejandro loves nature photography, and usually wakes up early to take pictures of birds, who are not always ready to collaborate for the show...
